The Information Memorandum
Available to Wholesale Investors within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), on completion of the investor declaration.
Wholesale Investors only
The programme is offered only to Wholesale Investors within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). It is not available to retail investors and no retail disclosure document has been or will be prepared for it.
Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation or a recommendation to acquire any financial product, and nothing on it constitutes financial product advice. The Information Memorandum is the offer document. Where this website and the Information Memorandum differ, the Information Memorandum governs.
The document set
On completion of the declaration, eligible investors receive the Information Memorandum together with the documents that sit behind it.
These include the Investment Policy, the Credit Risk Manual, the structure of the Master Trust, the Series Sub-Trust and the Single Asset Trusts, the terms of the instruments offered, the fee structure, the conflicts register, and the risk disclosures in full.
Before you read it. Commercial real estate credit involves risk, including the risk of loss of capital. Loans can default, security can realise for less than the amount owing, and capital can be lost. The Information Memorandum sets out the risks in full and should be read in its entirety.
Two steps
Complete the investor declaration, and the Information Memorandum is issued to you directly.
If you would prefer to speak with someone before receiving the document, say so in your enquiry and a call will be arranged.
