Wholesale status is verified at subscription, before any financial product is issued, and not at this declaration. This declaration records the basis on which you assert wholesale status for the purpose of receiving material. The date, time and basis you indicate are recorded.

On What Basis Do You Qualify?

I have net assets of at least $2.5 million, and a certificate from a qualified accountant to that effect given within the last two years. I have had gross income of at least $250,000 in each of the last two financial years, and a certificate from a qualified accountant to that effect given within the last two years. I am considering an investment of $500,000 or more. I am a professional investor — including the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence, a body regulated by APRA, a listed entity or its related body, or a person who controls at least $10 million. I am acting for a business that is not a small business. I already hold a current qualified accountant’s certificate confirming my wholesale status.

I confirm that I am a Wholesale Investor within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) on the basis indicated above, and that I am not accessing this material on behalf of a retail investor.
